2. Suitability for treatment
- Shine On provides cosmetic teeth whitening only and does not offer dental treatment or diagnosis. We reserve the right to refuse or stop treatment if we believe it is not suitable or safe for you.
3. Age requirement
- Clients must be 18 years of age or older to receive treatment. Unless you are with a parent/guardian, in that case clients must be 16 years of age or older.
4. Deposits and payments
- A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full on or before the day of treatment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deposits are non-refundable unless Shine On cancels your appointment.
5. Cancellations and rescheduling
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give as much notice as possible. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in loss of your deposit or a cancellation fee.
6. Arrival and appointment times
- Please be ready for your appointment at the agreed time. If you are late, your treatment time may need to be shortened or your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
7. Treatment results

9. Mobile appointments
- For mobile appointments, you must provide a suitable, safe, and clean space for treatment with access to a power source if required. Shine On is not responsible for delays or inability to complete treatment due to unsuitable conditions at the appointment location.

If you are unwell, have active oral health issues, or have had recent dental treatment, you must inform us before your appointment. We may advise postponing treatment until it is safe to proceed.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Shine On Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Shine On, we understand that plans can change. We kindly ask clients to provide as much notice as possible if they need to cancel or rearrange an appointment.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or move their appointment.
- Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or loss of any booking deposit paid.
- If you fail to attend your appointment without notice (“no show”), any deposit paid may be non-refundable and a future booking may require payment in advance.
Booking Deposits
If a booking deposit is required, this deposit secures your appointment time and helps cover preparation and travel costs. Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled outside of the agreed cancellation period.
Refunds
Due to the nature of cosmetic services and products used, refunds cannot be provided once a treatment has been completed.

Refunds will not be issued due to individual results varying, as whitening results depend on factors such as natural tooth shade, staining, lifestyle habits, and individual circumstances.
Late Arrivals
Please let us know if you are running late. Late arrivals may reduce your appointment time to avoid affecting other clients. If you arrive significantly late, your appointment may need to be cancelled and any deposit may be retained.
Shine On Cancellations
In the unlikely event that Shine On needs to cancel or rearrange your appointment, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer an alternative appointment time.
